AFIT EXTENDS POST-UTME REGISTRATION DEADLINE

The management of the Air Force Institute of Technology, has extended the registration deadline for its 2026/2027 Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (Post-UTME) registration process by three weeks.

The exercise, which was initially scheduled to end on Sunday, July 31, 2026, has now been extended to Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Prospective candidates who are yet to register are hereby advised to take advantage of this extension to complete their registration before the new closing date.

Candidates who did not initially choose AFIT as their first choice institution but wish to study in the University are also advised to visit any JAMB office or CBT Centre to effect the necessary change of institution/Course to AFIT and complete their registration within the extended period.

Candidates who have already registered are reminded to log back into the portal, select their preferred examination centre (Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Kaduna), and print their acknowledgement slip, which contains their examination date and venue.

Candidates who registered after the 16 August 26 will write their PUTME screening Exams at the Kaduna centre.
