1.                School of Post Graduate Studies coordinates all postgraduate studies in AFIT, thus has no domicile department. The Dean of the School is assisted by the Secretary to the Postgraduate School (Sec SPS). The Secretary is assisted by 4 assistant faculty officers.
2.      The School of Post Graduate Studies (SPS) is responsible for the administration, coordination and management of all post graduate programmes in the Institute. The School, in liaison with AFIT Registry, is also responsible for admission into all PG Programmes. These PG programmes are, domiciled in and run by their respective schools/departments. Currently, the PG programmes available in AFIT include the following:
a.      Post Graduate Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (PGD AE) - Domiciled in SAE and run by AED.
b.      Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management (PGD SCM) - Domiciled in SGEMS and run by SMD.
c.      Post Graduate Diploma in Armament Engineering.
d.      Post Graduate Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.
e.      Post Graduate Diploma in Construction Technology.
f.       Masters of Science in Aerospace Vehicle Design (MSc AVD) and Thermal Power (MSc Thermal Power) - Domiciled in SAE and conducted by AED in conjunction with the CranfieldUniversity,UK.

List of Aircraft Technicians scheduled to undertake AFIT qualifying exams on 16 Sep 17 -251 persennel has been released.

Application for direct entry admissions into PGD/HND/Pre-HND programmes and admission screening into ND programmes for 2017/2018 academic session is has been closed.
